I've come here and been very satisfied with my nails, other times not so much. Watch for splotchy polish with some parts darker (thicker) some parts lighter colored, nails not filled in all the way to the cuticle or corners, and I've had a technician snip my fingers at the cuticle causing it to bleed. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple years now. I’ve had some weird experiences before but i always gave them another chance because it’s close to my house and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately their customer service is why I’m leaving this review. I get the SNS dip nails and this is my second time picking a color and getting a completely different color. When I asked if she could fix it she offered to just use regular nail polish and paint over it.. I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience and she charged me $40 instead of $45 (I’m pretty sure I’ve paid $40 every time I’ve gotten it done) and she was not very nice when... read full review
