The doctors are good, the staff is ok. The wait time is the worst. I have been waiting for 1 hour on the phone. If you ask for a call back we’ll never get it. I will find another doctor.

Every time I have to come here and bring either of my parents for an appointment, the wait is so long! What’s the use of having an appointment!?? We always wait in the waiting area at least an hour before being called back, and then when you go to a room, you get to wait at least another 30 minutes! This place is ridiculous! We will have to find another Eye center .

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone or provide any kind of administrative support. Doctors are great but administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been on hold for over an hour just trying to get ANYONE to answer. Unacceptable.
