My husband and I had great experience with its sales associates, Stefanie and Eli. They went the extra mile to help us match the stair treads with our vinyl flooring. It turned out very beautiful!
We had a very good experience at LL Flooring. Eli was especially helpful from beginning to end, and he was always patient with us. Buying a new floor can be stressful, but everything went smoothly for us. And the price was incredibly good, too ! If your ever in the market for a new floor, definitely ask for Eli. He's a good and honest person.
The manager at this store is the best, he has been key to the entire process. Also the store employee at inception were great, however since my order was so complicated, the manager took over and fixed everything. Now the only thing is, one of the custom made stair nose is broke, but I am sure he will get me a new one.
