I had a really great experience with Emily. She was so enthusiastic and kind. She really made me feel comfortable and welcome. Julie the manager is just as great, love what theyre doing at this location !

Great facility to work out at. This LA has slightly less options but newer equipment compared to the LA at the Grove. Staff is very friendly and the gym is kept clean. Only negative I can think of as an early gym visitor is the Sauna is closed for cleaning 5am to 7am every Mon, Wed, and Friday.
