Review's. How do you know what to believe. One review says a particular business is the best in every way. The next is 100% negative. I am slowly learning that your first impression is what you need to trust. That being said, I wish I would have taken my own advice. The office personnel, down to the vet himself deserve a ?. No one took anytime to explain anything that was going on with our new puppies. Just push the medication and move us out the door. I wish we would have walked out at the first sign of unprofessionalism. Live and learn I guess.
