I am real estate agent with Keller Williams. I reached out to Johnathan last night for a pricing inquiry on some electrical work for a transaction I have. I was impressed with his quick response time especially since I was under a time crunch and reached out after 5PM. He gave me a quote right away via photos I provided that my sellers found reasonable and completed the job first thing in the morning the following day. His speed and professionalism are valuable and will be recommending/ using him in the future.

My fiance and I are 1st time buyers and literally researched about 10 different companies after Frank Gay gave us a quote of $2,700 for a dedicated circuit. JCA was the most affordable and had the best review rate and I can confirm their service was excellent. Although I am located outside of their normal distance they still serviced me. Jonathan came to our rescue, gave us the correct diagnostic which was not a dedicated circuit (would've ripped up our walls) and we paid only $199 with a nice tip. These big companies are thieves!
