I am very pleased with the warm welcome and professionalism of all the staff, starting with the secretary who very politely greets you and says good morning, it is something that does not happen so often... and that is why I was surprised. Congratulations to ima de la semoran......a pride for all patients who belong to this medical organization.

I have been receiving medical services at IMA since 2018. The staff are great professionals and they have excellent customer skills. They are always smiling and their approach to the patients is outstanding. I am very satisfied with the medical services I have received from IMA, I know my health is in good hands. I have been seeing Dr Rosario since 2021. The staff is very courteous and professional! Dr Rosario is the best Dr ?‍⚕️ I have been seeing in awhile. He really truly cares about his patient’s well being. He is very meticulous about explaining everything that he does. He is the first Dr that has actually gone over in detail about my blood work!!! No Dr has ever taken the time to go over EACH one of the blood work report.
