I was at the salon today and was served by Celina. Her service was excellent, always kind and gentle. The place is perfect for those who want to relax while getting a pedicure and manicure. Highly recommended.
Today, my daughter and I went to get our nails done. This was our first time going to this place and it certainly will be the last very bad customer service the old lady that did my nails didn’t even introduce herself never said a one word, all she kept doing is talking to her coworker, who was doing my daughter‘s nails.The service that was offered was horrible. Me and my boyfriend decided to get pedicures (and a mani for him) done on Valentine’s Day and honestly I would say we will never come back her again. Although we did get basic pedicures done the service was extremely rushed. Granted it was Valentine’s Day, but again it was Valentine’s Day and they were not busy at all to where our services needed to be rushed, nor was it close to closing time. My boyfriend’s top coat was only painted on 1/2 of his finger nails and it looked extremely old and sloppy. There was clear top coat all on his skin and it looked as if a 2 year old serviced him.
