This expensive investment in my home required several estimates on my 15 yr old roof. Not only were their prices fair, but from the day of the estimat everything was smooth sailing. Fully explained, many pictures of the roof, fully transparent with how the process would go. Xavier, Mark and Jeffrey stayed in email contact until today when the 2200 sq ft roof was done in ONE Day!! Very professional, prompt, polite and helpful....I really didn't expect this excellent service. So impressed with Jeffrey and his crew and their tireless work to get this all completed in one day. I called Honest Abe Roofing and they gave me exactly what they said they would do, my roof was leaking and in need of serious repair, and they replaced a lot of wood and did what they needed to get it back to top shape!
I was stressed out and on the brink of an absolute breakdown after receiving a letter from my insurance informing me that my premium was doubling because of the age of my roof. I’m not ashamed to admit it.
God sent me Kyle from Honest Abe Roofing. He was kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable.
After kyle inspected the roof he informed me that it was leaking and damaged from wind and hail storms.
He assisted me with the claim. Walked with me through the whole process from start to finish. Sending insurance all the required storm reports, photos and assessments. When the field adjuster came he agreed with Kyle’s assessment 100%
