It took a couple of schedule changes because of the fact they were so busy and/ or got tied up late on previous jobs. When they finally got Clarens dispatched to our house, he was awesome and did a great job. The office needs to communicate and schedule better.
In a very stressful plumbing situation, Hers and His were outstanding. Their Tech Stephen was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable! He truly set my mind at ease after going through my options. I want to thank them again very much for their outstanding bid service, and will probably be doing business with them!
Clarens was very professional very, very nice. He took the time out to answer any questions that we hadcleaned everything up. What a great asset to the company. he is definitely a keeper. You’re lucky to have someone like him. Thanks again, Clarens
