Today, as a retiree, had my first ever experience with Herrell Plumbing as a residential customer. Calls to office to set up the job went great, good communication to get an estimate and get on the schedule for my non-emergency request. Just recently discovered a small leak on a cpvc angle joint on a water line in my attic which JJ and Ruffin identified and immediately repaired. JJ and Ruffin were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've been a long time customer of Herrell Plumbing and have always been satisfied with their customer service, their job knowledge and work - and their employees. Way to go Herrell! Thanks!

We had a problem discovered last night and called Herrell Plumbing first think in the morning. A technician was sent over around 10:30 AM and was professional and efficient. He took care of our problem in about 30 minutes, and I wanted to point this out. Tim was the technician, and I would be happy to use him again.
