He is a wonderful representative of your company , its quality and the level of service you are known to provide to your customers. We've been using Heinmiller for 30 years. They have always been trustworthy and dependable. Our previous unit that they installed lasted over 25 years, and it finally gave out this week. Heinmiller gave us a very fair quote on a new unit, and even provided an option to repair our old unit. We decided to go with a new system that they installed it a day after we accepted the quote. Sean, Joe, and Ken were all very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. There was great communication throughout the estimate process and installation. We are now enjoying cool AC once again.

They took care of our AC needs quickly and at a reasonable price. The service techs were on time and worked proficiently. Patrick Liner spoke frankly and honestly with me about our needs and didn't oversell me. I appreciated that.
