I don't live in the house. It's my late father house. I live 3 hours away and get texts saying they'll be at the house in 20 minutes. I've told them over and over I need 2 day notice to get there but they never do. Finally they said okay will let you know and cancel the appointment. Later in the day I get a sorry we missed you and couldn't perform the service. I lost $$$$$ and just canceled the contract. They kept the money and I don't have to think about these clowns.

We still have bug problems, including black widows! Not just that, the company as a whole is sh*t. It's almost impossible to cancel! I've emailed and called them multiple times, to be hung up on, no response, and told "you can't". And when I finally got ahold of someone and give them a "valid excuse" to cancel. I have to send them my new lease agreement to close out the account?!?

I was told this is the "Cadillac of Pest Control" but it's absolutely horrible. The guy just came to do my service. I wanted him to do the full house like they've been doing, but was told they only do entry ways, they've stopped doing the full service they promised me. I told Alex it wasn't acceptable and they shouldn't change what they promised when they still have three months on my contract. He said he would make a phone call and come back and tell me what they said. He apparently left and never came back.
