I was hesitant about the entire set up was afraid I would never see my clothes again LOL but gave it a try. I was absolutely impressed!! They were on point with text messages, got the clothes back in a 2 days and they did a great job. They have me hooked and I'll definitely be an ongoing customer.
I travel a lot and sometimes I am in town for an extended period of time for training.Using this service was a first for me, not fluff and fold but the automated version of the service.I was a little apprehensive at first, but considering the cost of the laundry, I decided to give it a try.I set up the account drop the clothes off in the bin and a few days later they came back clean and neatly folded for what I considered a fantastic price.Yeah it takes a little of the human aspect out of it but it worked!!!!Would I use it again,,, absolutely!
This is not a review of their cleaning efficiency, but rather a lack of communication. I’d dropped off a suede jacket at their drop off facility (which was very convenient) after talking to someone over the phone who assured me that they can clean it. After about a week or so, they gave it back without cleaning or any explanation as to why they could not. I only wish they had communicated to me earlier or at least inspected the garment beforehand and let me know.
