Great experience getting two leather purses repaired. I had a strap that had come off of a grommet and another seam coming apart. Drop off was simple and the app was helpful to see when they would be ready. My only note is that it would have been nice if the thread matched a little more in the seam repair but honestly, it’s such a small note that it’s not worth docking a star. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

great experience TO HAVE A dry CLEANING OPEN 24/7 the automated system is great and the cloth is in good condition and well done on the cleaning side. a little expensive for been automated.
