“Mr. Handyman is a class act. They were in contact with me from the minute I said yes to the work that I needed to be done. I was informed with a picture and a text of who was coming and he was on his way. Prompt!. Derek was polite, knowledgeable, communicative and a pleasure to have come work for me. Felt so bad for him though, he was in my attic, on a 99 degree day! Kept my eyes on him to make sure he was good. Had a problem, not his fault, we discussed it and came to a amicable solution. He was in contact with home base (Andrew) as well. The job, took much longer than anyone anticipated, with that and the heat I thought it would be rushed. But no! Poor Derek was drenched! I think he said he went through 3 shirts with ? sweat. Poor soul. At the end of the job, it was perfect! Works like a charm. Clean up was great, super clean up! He even put the cardboard in the recycling bin!!!! Offered him drink throughout the day, he declined. Gave it one more shot with an ice pop, and he took the offer! I'm glad.
