I recently visited this clinic in Dr. Phillips and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was streamlined and efficient. They have two tablets outside the door where you can fill out your info and pay before even stepping inside, which makes check-in super easy. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, which gave me a great first impression. I didn't have to wait long at all--my appointment started right on time. I saw Judith Duran, who was both knowledgeable and professional. She explained my options clearly and gave me the confidence to follow her recommendations. The front desk staff were equally helpful and pleasant, making the entire experience even better. Overall, if you're looking for a dermatologist, this is a fantastic place to go!
I went for my first "full body skin scan" at Goodless Dermatology (since switching from a different dermatologist) and I was a little nervous because there was something that I thought they would have to remove and I'm always uneasy about procedures done without anesthesia. Thankfully, it wasn't something serious, so Tami Santo, DNP APRN gave me the option to remove it or not. Since it had given me some problems in the past, I decided to let her remove it. The medical assistant, who administered the local anesthetic was wonderful and Dr. Santo performed the procedure perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better team! First time seeing Dr. Tami, she was very professional ,efficient and kind. Gave me information I needed and listened to my concerns. The staff was very polite and efficient. I left with a grate first impression.
