I came from out of state and Gloria was the only realtor who responded. She immediately called me and when I told her I was only here for two weeks she immediately set up showings for the following day. She listened and made sure she showed homes that were exactly what I was looking for. Once I settled on a home she used her great negotiation skills to get me the best deal. She has also provided many local contacts that I will need to maintain the property. She kept me informed of everything that was happening and set up all the inspections and made sure everything was working properly.
