Miguel was thorough and very nice. Even though he still had more houses to get to and it was the end of the day, he took his time and did not rush. I hope I get him every time I need service.

Kelly Tillison with Florida Pest Control completed our in home termite inspection today. He was punctual, considerate, knowledgeable, and timely. He even wore covers over his shoes to not track in any dirt from outside. I mentioned to him I recently had sugar ants coming in through the window sill. Even though this scheduled service today did not include pest treatment, he took just a little more time to treat the area outside with bait. We've had Kelly here before for pest control issues. Kelly was extremely flexible about a scheduling issue. We requested a morning appointment and was given 3p. He made the adjustment arriving before 10a. His customer service skills are excellent! Great job explaining our insect treatment plan and prevention strategies!!! Kelly is an asset to the Pest Control team!
