They came to clean out our AC unit and the ventilation system. Both of the workers were very professional, polite, and very fast (they did the whole job in almost half the estimated time). It's only been an hour or so but we can already feel the difference.They were hired through our realty company, but if anything else goes wrong I'd highly recommend them in the future.

First of all, Jonathan, the technician, is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding carpet care. He takes his time to explain things and the process. He is very professional and corteous. I'm not a carpet expert, but my impression is they did a fantastic job. Better yet, Johathan did not hesitate to come back another day to re-do an area our Property Manager thought it was not properly clean. Jonathan served as champion on the topic and was able to explain what was going on with the carpet due to normal wear and tear. They did a great job cleaning and stretching our carpet and cleaning our grout and tile. And they discounted the bill when they realized they had charged us for an extra space. Well done!
