This has been the absolute worst company to work with. There agents are not knowledge and don’t give complete information. The departments pass the buck and no one takes accountability for fixing issues on your account. I plan on filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking my mortgage elsewhere. Buyer beware, don’t get caught in this trap.
