Jade was great and gave me the best haircut I ever had. She listens and wants to make sure you’re happy. Since I have been going to her I will not go anywhere else. Also they are friendly and clean. High recommend and I will admit I’m very picky about my haircut so if she can make me happy I’m sure if you communicate with her as to what you want she will do the same. It’s all about communication and explaining. Thanks Jade!
Place is clean, the place is affordable but their pay system needs an update. Also the hair stylist was a bit rough when washing my hair and I asked for my hair to be trimmed just at the ends they cut more than I was comfortable with.
I have been going to the East Colonial location for years and always have a great experience! Ask for Teresa Yelvington - she won't let you down. Teresa has been doing my hair for years and I leave happy every single time!
