Definitely great service. Sent updated text on ETA ensuring commitment on meeting scheduled time. They were very professional and guided my wife and I every step of the way, providing suggestions and listening to our concerns. Very respectful folks. Nick and Paula were awesome!! They did a super job on our carpets and couch and threw several rugs for free. Special attention to a stain too. He also educated me on the dos and don’ts of spot cleaning stains. Nick also cleaned out much neglected dryer vent and did some extra stuff with that too. Very friendly and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
This is a great, honest company who does what they say they are going to do with no surprise fees. They are also very time efficient and managed to get the hose to reach up to my room on the second floor in the back of the house. I will recommend them anytime someone asks me for a carpet cleaner.
