Shawn was at my place fixing a pipe leak inside the wall of the garage. He arrived on time, and was courteous, diligent, and efficient. ROGER,JAMES,MIKE,JACK,CALEB from Emerald Plumbing were great. They arrived a little after 8am in a nice-looking big truck. I was a little worried about this major upgrade and had a million questions on how they would repipe my house. The lead installer, Roger, answered all my questions and told me that his crew repipes a house just about every day. He told me not to worry about anything because I was in good hands. He really put me at ease They completed what I thought to be an almost impossible job on my 4 bedroom 2 bath house in about 7 hours. I was so glad to get this major upgrade to my house behind me. We recently had a water heater installed by Emerald Plumbing. We found it to be much more efficient to take advantage of their all-inclusive deal where they provided a commercial grade water heater, delivery, installation, installation parts, and haul away of the old unit, all for one out-the-door price. Ours wasn't an emergency so we had the time to shop and compare. The base units at a big box store seemed like a good deal until we began to add up all the separate charges and number of days we would've had to be available.
