I don’t usually post reviews on anyone unless they have done outstanding work and this is one of those people. I posted this on Nextdoor in 2020: To those who recommended Dusty's AC........ We would just like to say Thank You So Much! With the exception of a few window units, we’ve lived in a hot house for five years. Every year we call a few AC places to get an estimate on getting our AC working and every year we do nothing. Everyone who comes out tells us we need a new AC and ductwork and the estimates range from $8,000 to $20,000! This year, when we saw some people had recommended Dusty’s AC, we thought what the heck, we’ll call him and are we glad we did! He came out and said we didn’t need a new AC, we just needed ductwork. Dusty and his friend installed new ductwork and did an excellent job! In addition, Dusty added a new heating element (the heater didn’t work either), revamped the air handler and put it on a new metal stand. Our house is finally cool again! Dusty is very nice, extremely knowledgeable and skilled and above all, honest. Also, the cost was more than fair. We would not hesitate to recommend Dusty’s AC to anyone! The number is 321-313-2028. Update: August, 2025 It was finally time for a new AC and, of course, we called Dusty. After talking to Dusty about what size AC we would need and when he would be able to do the job, I mentioned that I had a cough that would not go away and he told me about something called a “HALO-LED Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier” that he said some of his customers had had installed that really helped with their allergies so I asked him to add that also. Dusty and his friend installed a brand new 3.5 ton AC. It is amazing! We leave it on about 78-79 degrees and the whole house is always cool. Also, my electric bill was cut in half and my cough is so much better! Thank you again, Dusty!

Dusty and his team were delightful to work with for a complete AC replacement. They were very knowledgeable, spent time keeping my informed of when the replacement could happen, and were able to replace it ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them.

When my house temp hit 87 with my AC running I turned it off and called Dusty's AC Inc. Dusty answered my call and said he could be by in a couple hours. He texted with an ETA and arrived within that time frame. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he inspected the outside and inside units. He was here to help fix my AC not try and sell me a new one. My house was cooling down by the time he left. I am so grateful to have found an honest AC company.
