Our appt was on 9/25. We ordered 3 pair of glasses that day. The cost was over $700 and we still have not received our glasses. I have been calling for over 3 weeks and get no responses except 1 on the 19th of Oct which the voicemail said they would be sent within 3 days. It is the 30th now and still no call back or glasses. Run away from these people. If I could there would be 0 stars

I have been going to this office for 2-3 years. It is a rarity when someone actually answers the phone when you call. it does not matter the day or time. Competitive prices but the wait for any reply is outrageous.I would rather spend the money to go somewhere where they do not forget to order my prescription, they pick up the phone when someone calls, or they timely return your call. One time, i had to physically show up at the office to get an answer. The office is never busy so it just doesn't add up. What I cannot comprehend is their Lake Mary Office always calls back or answers the phone. Another peeve: why doesn't their Lake Mary office have the ablity to access my file? I asked for a copy of my prescription but they cannot access it. Finally, the icing on the cake. I asked for someone to email me my prescription and they cannot do that -- just fax -- in 2023...

Well my wife started me going to Dr tartibi, I was really surprised with the results, her service was great, I didn't have to wait, if your appointment is at 9, u was service at 9 sharp, That's what I like, and she took her time examining your eyes and discussing your problem.
