If you're seeking a place where you'll spend hundreds of dollars with zero follow-up or aftercare, never speak to the vet and have your pet's issues persist then this is the office for you. I've been a customer for over 10 yrs, recently took my young cat there for asthma treatment. After being prescribed steroids, I was left in the dark. I was visiting Orlando and my cat got very ill. Dr's Rafferty and Minton were so caring, knew exactly what to do to to help him. They literally saved his life and gave me more time with my pet. When I returned home, my own vet sang their praises, not only for the care but for the impeccable records they sent back to NY for follow-up, The staff was communicative and so dedicated that it was a pleasure to deal with such wonderful people. I would recommend this hospital ten-fold.
