Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!! Couldn’t ask for better service! They handled everything including the gas plumber and inspections. Thank goodness for that, because Altamonte was not the easiest to deal with. In fact, I thought, downright ridiculous. Other companies that quoted the system, had me getting the gas plumber & ordering the inspections. What the heck do I know about installing a generator? On top of that, there was very good communication from beginning to end! Couldn’t have had a better company handling the installation. Additionally, they were the least costly, even before you add in all I’ve stated. Highly, highly recommended!!

We got same day service for a minor issue-- actually, we got service within the same hour! Alex showed up and was really polite, effective, and walked me through everything. He ended up fixing several issues, instead of just the one we called about. He went above and beyond for the issue he came out for- which was basically cleaning up someone's else's work. Alex was a great representative and honestly someone I am going to request personally going forward.
We highly recommend Doc Watts Electric! Don't use anyone else and get the job done right the first time! This household will only use Doc Watts from now on.

I needed some work and maintenance done on my Generac and Doc Watts sent out two technicians. They were Teddy and Mike and they were very professional and did a great job! Also, John came out on the same day and performed the maintenance. Thank You!
