I called DGD in mid afternoon as my garage door failed open. I called under the advice of a neighbor. The customer service person Whitney was able to schedule me on the same day. My Tech Chris Crawford showed up earlier than expected. He looked at my issue, offered options and went to work. He made the repair quickly and went the extra mile by offering extra items to make my garage door like new. Chris was very professional but more so very friendly.
