I'm happy to say that customer service is still alive and well in Orlando. I must admit I was beginning to wonder once I started building a guest house. And I'm merely referring to the front side of things. More often than not with most subcontractors I experienced multiple calls to get a hold of them, missed appointments, and even multiple request just to receive a proposal. When I contacted Joe Gear to look at my project he scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 8am. At 7:45am the next day he called to say that he was running 5 minutes late. This company was great. I am a AC contractor and called them for the do the Insolation in my house. Great customer service and good and fear price. Call them for Insolation, I do recommend then
