Carlos was amazing! He greeted us professionally and asked for a tour of the areas that needed treatment. He carefully explained the process he would use and the materials to treat the carpet. He was very courteous and asked questions about our concerns. He went the extra mile to extricate any unwanted stains and odors to the best of his abilities. Carlos explained what we should and should not do after carpet treatment. He also gave us recommendations if the treatment did not work as well as we would like after the waiting period. Outstanding experience having Dan Dan The Carpet Man come out to clean an area rug and upholstery. Great availability and customer service. Straightforward pricing for the quote and exceptional explanations of all the treatments. Along with great advice for keeping things clean and maintained for the future. Would definitely use them for any future work and highly recommend!
