Super annoyed. I arrived 8 minutes early, knocked and texted her phone asking if we were still on as the door was locked and the business seemed closed. I waited about five minutes for a response and received none. I walked out of the building at 1:57. She wrote me back a minute later telling me that the door was open and that she had just finished with a client at 1:58 PM. So she was going to take care of me two minutes after another client? I thought you needed to sanitize before the next client. It seems as if she overbooked either way I am not happy, I drove 25 minutes to see her And her business look close along with the lack of communication.

I made the transition from waxing to sugaring about 1 year ago and never went back to waxing. I found Crystal through great reviews and figured I'd give her a try since she's way closer to me than my previous sugaring location. Best decision ever. She was very professional, knowledgeable, comforting and fast. Happy I found my new place!
