My mom has passed away in December. She was very sick in and out of hospitals and going back and forth to rehab. It was a very difficult and stressful time for my family. When she passed away it was very hard and difficult. Compass point was very compassionate and understanding of this. I would highly recommend them. Orlando Health recommended them. And I was very satisfied with their assistance and service.
Heather, Chris, and the rest of the team were incredible. Heather answered my initial call. I was grief stricken and could hardly get through our initial conversation. She guided me through next steps with patience and compassion. It was my first experience planning a funeral. I was overwhelmed, but I felt as though I was leaving my loved one in the hands of a friend. Heather went above and beyond to help me through this very difficult and emotional process.Chris, Rick, and Andre were pleasant and ensured we had everything we needed on the day of service.
