Horrible experience - worked with an individual who did my taxes, failed to tell me the filing fee and provided me the tax refund amount as that’s what I was getting- later to find out my refund was significantly bigger than what she told me. (No receipt at all for this business transaction)Have reached out to the company via email for insight and assistance being that 1 day after I filed with her, she notified me that she was “fired”.No response - I now see that I received a refund LESS than what she advised me , still no help or response from either company or tax preparer !I feel completely Finessed and will be seeking legal aid if not assisted.Stay away!

I was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and immediately felt the friendly environment of the office. Keith Smith was very knowledgeable, provided me with the answers to all of my questions, and informed me of deductions I was unaware of which lead to a larger refund. He was extremely efficient and conscience of my time and was able to get me in and out of the office in a short period of time. I highly recommend Chama Tax Center.

if you got extra money to spend they were Charging Me 300+ to file my tax 1095A to file for 2013 when I only Made 2000 N change that Year went to Jail for being 10 mins late in curfew ... read full review
