A very professional staff who make us feel that we are in good hands. The receptionist Gina is a real sweetheart who always assists us until we complete all the requirements and much more. The office manager, Vanessa Colon, is always very attentive and has helped us with all the different situations in a quick and professional manner. This is the worst place a person can come to. They don't have doctors. What they have are graduate nurses who aren't even doctors and don't even know what they're doing. I came in for a physical and they only looked at the bone on the bottom of my leg and listen to my heart. They didn't check my ears ,eyes or my tonsils. They didn't check my reflexes.and on top of that they refused to fill out a paper for my job that I need in reference to a health problem I have That limits me physically in my work. The service from the girls at the entrance is spectacular, it is always clean too but the doctors leave a lot to be desired. It is my second visit with Dr. Lugo and I think he is a bit arrogant. Tomorrow I change my primary doctor to another location.
