Lou and his team have completed several projects for our family to include rehab of master bath shower tile, installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring at our house, and our elderly Mother’s house. Lou is dedicated to insuring the customer is satisfied. He provides excellent service and communication. He persevered in researching to find a quality product and remained within our budget. His team was punctual, hardworking and worked well together. We recommend Lou’s company to everyone.
We hired Lou to clean and restore bathroom counters, tile and travertine. He and Fernado did an excellent job. My bathrooms look new! I am thrilled. He was meticulous with his work. Reasonably priced, showed up on time and completed when he said he would. Very rare to find a dependable and courteous contractor. We had alot going on in the house and he was gracious working around obstacles. We will be using him for many other jobs in the future.
On time. organized. Always responsive. Keeps house clean as they go. My tiles were installed w the spacers left in, therefore my tiles did not adhere to the subfloor properly. Therefore they sounded hollow everywhere and began to crack. Great deal. Some companies were double the price and someone wouldnt even take the job.
I went ahead and had the grout resealed. Now it looks brand new again. It’s 2 year warranty.
Hands down I would recommend and I will be using them again. YOU WONT REGRET IT
