We requested service on our Samsung refrigerator early May. Doing some research on why it was dripping water into the produce drawers it seems there's a flaw with the actual appliance. Fab came out and did the repair. The next day it started making a random buzzing noise. We called him he said check the ice maker setting and make sure it's off. It was. We scheduled another appointment, and he was a no show. Texting him asking where he was, he said he thought we meant for the NEXT week for the appt. This didn't make sense, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We rescheduled the day he thought we originally requested - today - and again, he's a no show, no communication, nothing! I even texted him several days ago letting him know the fridge is leaking water again. No response. My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We got taken advantage of once, $289. but not again. I should have paid attention to the first red flag - Website spelling "Do not let your food spoil and go to waist" Lesson learned!

Horrible service. Guy came to fix my washer. Told me it needs a drive motor. I authorized the repair; he told me the parts would take a few days to arrive. Six days go by with no word. After a week I called and he said it would be in first thing the next morning, he would call me.I never hear back. I doubt this guy is even a repairman. He probably just pretends, takes your service fee and vanishes.Run away and save your money.This guy is a SCAMMER!Service: Washing machine repair
