Like every other security company in America, they aren't organized and the turnover rate is ridiculous. I missed a call from an application I submitted and called back. I was told the HR manager stepped out but would call me back an hour later. Never happened. I called back and was told the HR manager had a position in mind for me and would call me the next morning. Never happened.
Have used this company at a community I manage for patrol services. The communication was excellent and they were always professional. Not only do they provide a deterrent to any potential crime, they also let me know when they see irrigation issues, or other non-security possible concerns. Am glad to recommend them.
By far one of the most clueless businesses around, don't apply here go somewhere else, they are time illiterate, they don't care about your time, and they will have you driving you places just to have you sent home. There is no communication between manager and employee, good luck ever getting to speak with someone for a question. Simply put. Avoid.
