Great reputable company to contract with for water intrusion & mold remediation. Mason (project manager), Luis & Juan (technicians) worked together to clean up & restore air quality in my home. Always pleasant, cheerful & helpful. Reasonable price. My estimates was higher than what I actually paid because of a change in scope of work. Shows honesty & integrity in a company that you can trust.
We were performing our due diligence before the purchase of a house in Kissimmee and concerned about the possibility of mold found in our initial property inspection report. That report advised me to have mold remediation specialists evaluate the areas of concern in the property. My search found AdvantaClean. AdvantaClean ANSWERS the phone! That alone puts AdvantaClean in the top 5% to 10%!! AdvantaClean meets deadlines they set!! That puts them in the top 1% to 5%!! Kari helped me first. After listening carefully, Kari connected me with Mason. Mason called me within the very reasonable time frame Kari gave me. Mason showed up at the time he set. We spoke after Mason's inspection was complete. Mason made it clear that my property was the ONLY priority while we were speaking. He was thorough, clear, patient, gave full and complete explanations to my questions. Days after my initial discussion with Mason, another question came up. Mason returned my call very promptly. We discussed the new issue at length and Mason, again, was thorough, clear, and gave full and complete explanations to my new question.
AdvantaClean was recommended to us through my wife's former employer as their vendor of choice for improving indoor air quality, mold remediation and water damage restoration. We used their services multiple times at our vacation condominium on the Florida beaches. They not only assisted us in our unit, but they assisted other owners, as well as the COA, for some additional damages found in other units in the complex. They were responsive, professional, thorough and most importantly, very discrete when it came to mitigating damages. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean to anyone needing services related to mold growth or water damage.
