I had a fantastic visit at the downtown Advanced Dermatology office. From start to finish, the staff was welcoming and professional. My dermatologist, Shaunte, was absolutely excellent! She is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to hair and scalp health.

What really stood out is that she works with all hair types, but if you're a woman of color, she truly understands the history and unique needs of our hair. She navigates those waters with care and expertise, and I walked away with so much valuable information I didn’t know before. If you're looking for hope and real answers, give her a try—you won’t regret it.

Sarah Siak is always amazing. The office itself was so busy it seemed unmanageable. No room to sit in the waiting room and took 45 mins to see the doctor after I checked in. A line of 5 people in front of me to check out…disappointing because it didn’t use to be like this…
