Ability Wood has done the flooring for two houses I’ve lived in, past 18 years. They always do high quality work. I had existing floors when I bought this house and changed carpet to wood in later years. Sometimes sourcing a matching product was challenging and took some time, but they worked with my schedule and stayed on top of it. Was pleased with the finished blend and install with this final update. Would recommend this company to others.

Initially, everything went perfectly. We LOVED our flooring choice, Ability accommodated our tight schedule, the crew was great. But then a completely anomalous problem surfaced. Ability’s diligence and commitment in finding the source of the problem was fantastic. Their troubleshooting was thorough and included other industry experts to help confirm the probable cause. We never lost faith that the problem would ultimately be resolved. Our floors are now beautiful and we are absolutely happy with our experience.
