I was locked out of my apartment at 8:30 p.m. My neighbor and I tried everything to try to get in to no avail. I called the local 24-hour locksmith and Alex, my locksmith, was there within 30 minutes. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and I told her my problem. She had me in my apartment within 5 minutes. She was prompt, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely recommend Alex and this company if you have problems with your locks.
