Locked both set of my keys in the car - Went on google and looked up locksmiths in the area. Called at 10pm and he was there within 40 minutes. Quick and friendly! Highly recommend.
Shawn was amazing! He heard my frustration because I could not get in my apartment and the Maintance emergency would not respond to me. Finally after an hour they responded and Shawn was nice enough not to charge me and was just happy I was able to get in my unit! Would definitely recommend this company❤️ Thank you Shawn!
The door would not open when I used the key to the key to “throw” the lock. I was in a parking lot. The tech, Ali was there in 10 mins. He used a device to get into the passenger door. He then dismantled the cover on the driver’s door(the only door that the key goes into other than the trunk); examined the locking mechanism; told me the hand was broken and I would have to replace it. He re-assembled the backing on the door, tested all the functions on door to ensure all was working properly before he left. I’m new to smart phone usage…he assisted me in paying with the scanner, taught me how to clear searches (he had to clear a lot to go back to a screen).... read full review
