“MHE covered my home with Hardi board back in 2020. I have had no issues with the siding, but I did noticed an issue with the paint. As time went on, the paint appeared to be getting progressively splotchy in places. In 2023, I contacted owner Ken Martin to see if there was anything that could be done even though it had been almost 3 years since the original job was completed. Admittedly, I waited a long time before calling and was worried I waited too long. Ken came out and looked at the paint issue. He was able to get the paint company to cover a new paint job under warranty (no charge). The MHE painters did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend MHE for anyone getting new siding. They were not the cheapest out there but the company is very professional and stands by their work. “We have had some issues trying to replace several impact glass windows that had failed after several years. We called American Windows to see if they could replace the defective ones. After several attempts and multiple visits, Robert, the Service Technician and his helper Roberto, solved the problem to our GREAT satisfaction. The problem was a manufacturer, not an install issue. Robert persevered; he was patient, pleasant, diligent, professional and determined. Although the solution did present some seemingly insurmountable challenges, he never gave up on us. Determined to find a solution, he did. He was amazing! KUDOS to both Robert Smith and his helper, Roberto. Because of these two professionals, we give American Windows five stars!!!!!

We called American Windows to see if they could replace several of our defective impact glass windows. There were multiple issues to consider, the impact glass itself, the argon gas double panes and the low E glass with grids. All of these specific requirements were a challenge to consider when replacing our defective windows. I worked with Karen Smith over a period of time to find a manufacturer who would make these replacement windows to match the other ones we have. Karen doubled her efforts in finding the manufacturer who would do this. After several false starts, Karen never gave up and researched the issue until she found a solution. She was patient, tenacious, persistent, professional and pleasant. She solved our issue with confidence and with a laser focus on the solution. Karen has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and she kept us in the loop at all times until the issue was resolved. KUDOS to Karen!!!! Another five stars to American windows because of Karen. We are happy customers :)“

“My sidelight window was damaged by a lawn company hired by the HOA. Homerite had someone to come out within a few days to check out the window and give an estimate. The estimate was cheaper than others who also came out. I later paid and they were able to quickly get me on the schedule. Fast forward, the sidelight window is repaired and I will definitely use Homerite again and recommend them. Very professional company.“
