The worst customer service. I wouldn't even give it one star. I needed my providers signature on a simple form to return to work. I was already at a follow -up apt when I asked. The girl at the front desk got an attitude and directed me to drive to the Fleming island office and to pay $25.( 30 minutes from my house) I dropped the form off and paid the money. She told me they need up to 5 days to complete it and it would be ready. Nope. 10 days later, no form. I physically walk in there and they didn't know what I was talking about. I was a patient of this office for 20+ years until my experience this past year. It has been one thing after another with this office while going thru a serious health issue. It's unfortunate such a large medical group has declined so much in their service to the community. It took 3 tries for the correct diagnostic mammogram order to be sent over which delayed diagnosis. The Drs aide only worked 2 days a week so trying to get in touch and help getting the appointment setup was way too difficult. They used to be a good place, but since another business bought them they shuffle you in and out like cattle. You spend many minutes from waiting room, to triage, to another waiting room, to the exam room where you wait some more. Then you get 3 minutes with the dr. If you are lucky.
