If you need a self storage facility, this is the BEST. Bo and her husband are long time managers and are customer service specialists! And I've never had an issue with any type of damage, pest issues etc. The property is well taken care of, almost as well as they take care of their clients! I found them based on their very fair prices (btw, BEST pricing in the area) but it's the management team that keeps my business. :))

It is such a blessing to do business with such caring people, always smiling with a positive word to share, which is hard to find these days and the world needs more people like them...OH THE STORAGE FACILITY IS GREAT TOO!!!

If you need Orange Park/Middleburg storage, consider U-Stor Blanding FIRST! I've been using this facility, on and off, since the 90's. The staff does a great job and the best I've seen. Bo and Mike are very friendly with impeccable customer service skills. I had not seen them for over 6 months, yet Bo remembered my unit number and name. I was impressed that she would remember me. That is part of what sets them apart from other storage facilities. Great customer service, Clean units, easy access, and reasonable prices!
