Massey Services provides pest control for Villas Continental in Orange Park, Florida. I am a thirteen year resident at the Villas Continental and have never experienced a finer more thorough or conscientious technician than Taylor May. She is a rock star and did us a solid. Massey Services has hired the best in Taylor May!!
We love Massey! Our guy Tony Prescott is always so nice and does a very thorough job every time. I'm terrified of palmetto bugs, even though I grew up in the south and am no stranger to them. After seeing a few in one night and kind of freaking out, Tony came for a scheduled visit the next day and had a great talk with me about their grooming habits (ew) and how that comes into play with the spray Massey uses around the house. I never would have known, so he really taught me something and made me feel better knowing that when they do make it inside they're not gonna be alive for long. 5 stars for the service, the education, and the peace of mind!
