I thought I had a well pump emergency. I had an idea for a temporary fix while I waited for a new pump install. I couldn't find what I needed at Home Depot and called the number for Lance Maxwell Plumbing. Max lat me know that Home Depot should have what I needed. I found another helpful Home Depot person who helped me find what I needed. A few minutes later Max called me back with another way to temporarily fix my issue (this was an ABOVE AND BEYOND call back). He did have another idea that would have temporarily solved the problem. Jacob did a great job installing my whole-house filtration system. The thorough explanation of how, why, and what was very appreciated. There was a small misunderstanding that they corrected immediately, and it ended up being my fault anyways.
