Patty was the stylist who performed magic on my hair today. I have been very apprehensive about a new stylist due to past experiences at other locations. She did a phenomenal job and when I showed her the picture, it was identical. I have finally found a wonderful stylist/colorist for my hair! She and the staff around her, were so personable and kind as well. It’s lovely to see a whole group come together as a team and find solutions and recommendations together. Thank you so much and I’ll see you next time!

Lydia did an impossible job on my hair 3 weeks ago, and it still looks amazing. I love jcpenney and am so grateful for Lydia, her great conversation, patience, diligence, and skills. She did a super job. The other hair stylists all seemed to be happy and friendly, just overall, very pleasant experience.

My experience has been absolutely amazing. Justin always makes me feel so good when he does my hair! He listens to exactly what I want and does just that! We cut off 11 inches and did a perm and it came out wonderful! He always talks to me and makes me feel welcomed!
