Had a tune up performed here July 2022. Fast forward to this week, the started shaking and the check engine light come on. Had it towed to the dealership. Come to find out, they installed the wrong spark plugs.Waste of my time and money.Service: Auto maintenance

They give you times that aren’t right when you car should be done, They barely know what they’re doing.Bad customer service employees are no help an the owner isn’t any better then his employees. All around bad experience missed out on more money then I spent.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have utilize Jay's Kar Tek service for my brakes. I'm back here having the radiator flushed out and Winterized for a road trip !. Their flexibility allowed me to wait on my car and get Back to my normal work schedule. I shopped there $ and they bet Pep boys and Havoline even without a coupon. It's nice to know you can get a car maintenance completed without breaking the bank! $59.99 Thanks Guys! Especially (Todd)
